What type of printing do you offer?
We specialize in Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing , while you might have heard of DTF , we specialize in high end , hot peel transfers We’ll help you choose the best option for your project.

Can I bring my own garments to print on?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own items. Just make sure they're new and unwashed. We’ll check fabric compatibility before printing.

Do you offer design help?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team can clean up your art, adjust it for print, or help you create something from scratch.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing — the more you order, the more you save. Contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer shipping or local pickup?
Both! We ship anywhere in the U.S. and also offer free local pickup at our El Paso shop.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! At State 28, we offer no minimums — whether you need one shirt or one hundred.

How do I submit my artwork?
You can upload your design directly through our website or email it to us. We accept most file types — high-resolution PNG, PSD, AI, PDF, or SVG is best.

What’s your turnaround time?
Standard orders are typically ready within 3–7 business days, depending on order size and type. Rush service is available!

Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we offer printed samples or mock-ups upon request, especially for larger or custom jobs.

What’s your return or reprint policy?
Since every item is custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there’s a quality issue or mistake on our end, we’ll gladly reprint or correct it.
